1. About these terms

tena.energy is operated by Enerthon Solutions (Pty) Ltd (Reg. No. 2026/399444/07), a South African company (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@tena.energy or on 084 591 4063. These terms cover your use of this website and orders for TENA placed on it.

2. Orders and prices

• Home prices are fixed and include the TENA device, the standard setup you choose and installation by our electrician in one visit. Smart plugs are extra. Prices are in South African rand. [Confirm whether prices include VAT.]
• The launch price applies to the first 20 Gauteng homes ordered with a valid code. After that, the normal price applies.
• Your order is confirmed once our payment provider, Stitch, confirms your payment or deposit. We install in Gauteng only.

3. Deposits

If you choose to pay a deposit, the balance is due on installation day. We email you an invoice for the balance, which you can pay online at tena.energy/pay or by EFT. [Confirm what happens to a deposit if an order is cancelled.]

4. Installation

After paying, you choose your installation date; we confirm it within one business day. If your board is not standard (for example two boards, or a main switch above 63A), we may contact you before installation. [Confirm how non-standard boards are handled at the fixed price.]

5. Cancellations and refunds

6. The 24-month money-back guarantee

Every TENA home installation comes with a 24-month money-back guarantee. [The conditions of the guarantee, how to claim and what is refunded, to be supplied by Enerthon Solutions and reviewed by counsel.]

7. TENA software

Your price includes 24 months of TENA software: alerts and your power-event history. After 24 months, protection keeps working at no extra cost; premium app features and detailed power information move to a monthly subscription.
